The WOC House Studio is open to start your day on the right foot. When you sign up for this class you will receive a discounted rate and time to be in a calm, grounding, supported space to begin your day with a fresh start. Enter the studio in quiet and join in your own self-guided mediation. With available bolsters, mats cushions, and soft ambient sounds will accompany your pace of breath, thought and clarity. Leaving the studio refreshed and ready to start your day!
