I am passionate about advocating and educating my clients about a variety of
mental disorders, such as anxiety, depression, trauma- and stress-related disorders, and somatic
symptoms, to eradicate the stigma of mental health. I utilize different skills and expertise to address the complex needs of individuals, families, and communities.
I graduated from California State University, Northridge, in 2016 and majored in Child and Adolescent
Development. I currently work for the Los Angeles Unified School District and am in the final steps toward obtaining my Master of Social Work degree at Capella University.
As part of self-care, I love to spend time with my family, walk by the beach, and clean the house, as an organized and clean environment provides me with a positive and relaxed mindset. My favorite music is a blend of classical and pop elements, and my favorite singer is Andrea Bocelli.
