Our interactive services focus on mindfulness techniques, stress management, and emotional resilience. We teach students practical skills to balance academic workload, peer relationships, and self-care. We develop our programming around the natural stress rhythms of the school year as well as the grade-specific needs of students.
Our workshops help students notice their stress response, develop tools to manage anxiety, and identify negative beliefs that trigger self-doubt.
Therapists are available to provide on-site individual and group counseling services to students.
Therapists will work in collaboration with student-led groups to foster safe and welcoming spaces for students to connect and build community.
On-site day retreats are available to students, which include process groups, team- building, meditation, and breath work.
