WOC House Events

The current political climate can leave us feeling anxious, angry, or overwhelmed especially women of color navigating systemic pressures, family dynamics, and community stress. Our in-person facilitated group provides a safe, structured space to process these emotions while connecting with others who share similar experiences. We’ll explore: • How politics impact your mind, body, and relationships • Shared values and strengths within our community • Practical ways to redirect political stress into grounded, meaningful action Through reflection, creative integration, and collective support, participants leave feeling less alone, more regulated, and equipped with actionable steps to support their well-being and community resilience.
