Sound Bath & Intimate Writing to Honor Our Sacred Womanhood This is a space to come home to yourself. We’ll begin by writing an intimate letter to our younger selves to have an honest, heartfelt conversation with the girl we once were. The one who may have needed gentleness, reassurance, courage, or truth. This writing practice serves to honor her and recognize the strength and resilience it took to become the woman you are today. Next, we’ll move into a meditation and proceed with a sacred sound experience.
