A slow flow designed to encourage detachment from the mind, you will be guided through meditation, breathwork, and movement, allowing space for intuitive exploration. With an emphasis on authenticity, this practice encourages you to allow your body and breath to be your guide as you listen and trust your inner guidance, cultivating freedom of choice in each moment.
