Yoga Blend combines Vinyasa Flow, Pilates-style Core activation, and guided exercise with or without weights to engage muscles for building, strengthening, and toning. To slow the practice down, incorporating Yin Asanas, rediscovering more length with breath creates more stillness, calm, and clarity.
Teresa (Tee) Lebron has been a Yoga instructor since 2013. Has led multiple workshops, teacher training, and, most recently, Yoga with Tee Mentorship Program. Post her career as a dancer, Tee was called toward deeper self-healing. She became dedicated to practicing Bikram and Vinyasa styles of Yoga. She became certified in Yoga Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Power, Yin, Meditation, and 26/2, studying at Tantris Center for Yogic Science, Hot 8 Yoga, and Yoga Renew. As a 500-hour CYT, she continues to elevate her understanding of this practice and serves many on their wellness journeys.
