Cici is a Los Angeles native who has been immersed in the practice of yoga for over eight years. Exploring and embracing various styles that have deeply enriched her life, including traditional Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Power Fusion, and Yoga Barre. As a former dancer, Yoga Barre has become very near and dear to her heart. She values the way Yoga Barre strengthens and lengthens the muscles while pushing you to your limits. Her classes are a fusion of mindfulness and movement, creating an opportunity for students to explore their own limits, cultivate self-awareness, and embrace their unique strengths.
