In support of those affected by the fires and their loved ones, we want you to know that we are here for you. This Saturday’s scheduled workshop has been adapted to better serve our community during this challenging time.
We invite you to join a special class led by Melany @movez.fitness designed to provide grounding and help release anxiety, tension, and fear. Melany has graciously offered her time and energy to guide us through her unique and uplifting fitness style class.
Instead of the usual payment, we kindly ask for donations of clothes, toiletries, or non-perishable food items. These contributions will go directly to those in need.
Additionally, @wochouse will keep its doors open this Saturday and Sunday from 1 PM to 5 PM to accept any donations you wish to contribute.
We are committed to supporting our community and beyond, helping us all move forward with strength and resilience. Thankfully, Sherman Oaks, Valley Glen, and neighboring areas have remained a safe zone, and we continue to pray for everyone’s safety.

Melany is a Brooklyn-born fitness coach and dancer with a unique approach to movement,
blending science-backed fitness with her professional dance background. With over seven
years of experience in group fitness and personal training, Melany is passionate about creating
high-energy, fun, and holistic fitness experiences. She is NASM certified and currently a coach
at Orange Theory, where she uses dynamic playlists and a dancer’s precision to help clients
achieve their fitness goals. Melany’s classes emphasize form, technique, and the joy of
movement, encouraging a supportive and engaging environment for all.
