Meditation in Motion is an experimental experience. Although I believe in the power of stillness and meditation as a powerful tool. I have discovered the expansive alternative to layer that with body, breath and sound.Let’s feel our way into our manifestations, by vibrating at a higher level as a group. There is strength in numbers. Namaste
